Hola, María:
Already se usa para acciones que ya han terminado, en este caso , “Is it time to go already?” (¿Ya es hora de irse?) marca que la acción ya ha terminado y por eso se van.
Exelente como aprender y conocer la impotancia del ingles para nuestras vidas para el entorno social y laboral
